The Potential Orders workshop investigated how ordering systems from the Scottish Enlightenment, particularly the works of Robert Adam, could be reinterpreted in contemporary design. An international group of students collaborated on the study of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, analysing its vertical rhythm and proportional logic. Through a series of analytical drawings, embossed prints, and physical models, the workshop explored how historic systems of order can be translated into new spatial possibilities.
